Modern Christianity Has Been Run Over by Jezebel and “Charismatic Witches”
It is time for Christian men to take back control over the family and the church
“Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.” (Revelation 2:20)
One of the biggest attacks against Christianity the last 100 years has been the rise of Jezebel – women who operate within churches, calling themselves Christians, but in reality are “charismatic” or “pentecostal” witches, with the mission of destroying the Christian church from within.
Who are behind the rise of feminism, immodesty and ungodliness we see in churches today? 200 years ago it would be unthinkable to have a female pastor or teacher. Today it is totally normal, and you might even be called a misogynist or expelled from many churches just for standing for what the Bible says.
The answer to this is the spirit of Jezebel, which is operating through false Christian women, who are using witchcraft to deceive and captivate God’s people. In many situations you will find these women in leading positions, such as in the church leadership as pastors, teachers or prophetesses.
What is the spirit of Jezebel
Now you might read this and wonder what exactly is the spirit of Jezebel?
Jezebel was the wife of Ahab, the king of Israel at the time of Elijah the prophet. Jezebel is known for being perhaps the most wicked person mentioned in the entire Old Testament, stirring up her husband to do “evil in the sight of the LORD above all that were before him.”
“But there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the sight of the LORD, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up.” (1 Kings 21:25)
How did she do this? She did it in a way that is typical of witchcraft. She aligned herself with a ruler, captivating a weak one, King Ahab, and used his influence to captivate the people of God.
Rumors have it that Jezebel was the high priestess of Baal, which would explain the extreme witchcraft she was practicing.
In the book of Revelation, we can read more about what exactly the spirit of Jezebel is.
“Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.” (Revelation 2:20)
Here, a woman had infiltrated the church, trying to seduce God’s people to:
1. Commit fornication
2. Eat things sacrificed unto idols
And how does she do it? By calling herself a prophetess.
Essentially, the Jezebel of Thyatira was a witch calling herself a Christian, in order to lead astray God’s people.
And that is typical of a Jezebel. Her goal is to dominate and control men, using immodesty, fornication and witchcraft.
Modern churches have been run over by Jezebel
The Pentecostal preacher Derek Prince, is known for talking about how witches have infiltrated the evangelical churches. I will quote what he had to say in the following passage:
“Could you believe that Jezebel could get into a charismatic prayer group? Shall I tell you, that’s where she’d like to be most. And there are not a few charismatic prayer groups that are Jezebel-organized. It’s good it’s the last meeting anyhow.
A friend of mine phoned me long distance once. He said—he didn’t introduce anything. He said, “Brother Prince, are there Pentecostal witches?” I said, “Yes, there are.” I said, “They’re charismatic witches too.” He said, “What’s the difference?” Well, I said, “Pentecostal witches operate in Pentecostal churches. Charismatic witches operate in home prayer groups and other places like that.”
And furthermore:
“But nevertheless, I know there are a lot of Pentecostal congregations which are dominated by a woman. And the woman is usually a powerful character who prophesies or gives interpretations. And when you analyze what goes on in the church, the pastor is just a figurehead. But she’s the one with the power.”
Later, he goes on to describe a personal encounter he had, which he describes as one of the hardest situations he encountered.

What Derek Prince writes is very true.
I’ve been to many churches, and I would say a majority is ruled by Jezebel.
I remember attending a Pentecostal church, where the official pastor was a man. However, there was this one woman, who had climbed her way to the top, and in reality she ruled the church through her “prophecies” and “visions”.
And I have rarely met a more ungodly person than her. Several times I witnessed her using curse words and using the Lord’s name in vain while preaching. Another time, she showed a video to the youth in the church where there was a scene with women only in their underwear. In short, things that should be unheard of in a church happened there.
But she isn’t the only Jezebel I’ve met in Christian circles.
I recall meeting another witch, who called herself a Christian. And her goal was to captivate and dominate men using her body – through immodesty. And if any man refused to allow her to do that, she would get very angry, accusing them of living in grave sins or being hypocrites.
This is unfortunately very common in modern evangelical churches. Yes, they have been completely run over by “charismatic” and “pentecostal” witches.
And that has been evident for a long time now.
What do you think is the reason for all the feminism we see in churches today? Because feminism is in reality just another form of witchcraft.
How can any church allow female pastors or teachers, even though it clearly contradicts the Bible?
How have some women reached immense influence in evangelical circles, such as Aimee Semple McPherson, Kathryn Kuhlman, Joyce Meyer, and Paula White?
The answer is, as you might have already guessed, Jezebel and witchcraft.
Their goal is to destroy Christianity from within by captivating the ones (strong Christian men) who are supposed to guard the flock, and dominate the church through spiritual warfare, using false visions and prophecies, and by introducing immodesty and normalizing fornication.
They are very common in the Pentecostal, Charismatic, Word of Faith and NAR movements. Yes, those movements are completely overtaken by the spirit of Jezebel and false prophets.
The Bible tells us regarding these false prophets:
“Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart.” (Jeremiah 14:14)
Witchcraft tears apart families, churches and society
Now what happens if you allow Jezebel witches to operate freely in churches and households without any Christian men stopping them?
Well, it will lead to the problems we see today: high divorce rates, empty church rows, weak sons, promiscuous daughters and broken families.
Needless to say, if you tolerate witchcraft in your home, your home will be divided.
And if you tolerate witchcraft in the church, the church will ultimately collapse.
Derek Prince writes the following:
“God also made it clear to me, perhaps I shouldn’t say that, because I put too much responsibility on God, but I have become convinced that the reason why it’s so hard to get men in America to play their part as men is because of the unseen pervading influence of witchcraft, which emasculates men. Now, some of you men may get angry with me, but I don’t care. American males can be successful in almost every field, commerce, industry, sports, war, except two, the family and the church. Family and in the church. In most cases, the leadership is in the hands of the women.”
Why is it so that witchcraft is so prevalent in Christian households and churches today? Why aren’t men doing anything to stop it, even though many know they should?
The answer is that they are fighting an spiritual force – they are fighting perhaps one of the most powerful and evil forces there is.
Just read what happened to the great prophet Elijah after he had confronted Jezebel, how he wished death upon himself.
It is time for Christian men to take back control over the family and the church
Ultimately, the only solution to stop the Jezebel takeover in churches and household, is Christian men rising up and confronting her, like Elijah did.
What does that mean in real life?
In the church, do not allow anyone that is of the spirit of Jezebel. That means, not allowing female pastors, teachers or leaders, anyone trying to introduce immodesty and normalizing fornication, or anyone coming with false prophecies.
Follow the Bible’s instruction of expelling her.
In the household, take authority and do not allow the spirit of Jezebel to get a foothold. Follow the Biblical order of Biblical Patriarchy, where the man has the leadership and the wife and children are in submission.
Jezebel and witches are trying to destroy Christianity from within. And has largely succeeded in many churches over the world.
This needs to stop.
We need strong Christian men to take back control over the households and churches, confronting these false Christian women and expelling them.
